Executive Chef - Holiday Valley Resort seeks a talented Executive Chef to oversee its Catering, Concessions and Full-Service Restaurant Operations. The Executive Chef will train and manage culinary personnel and will supervise and coordinate all related culinary activities. He or she will estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food; select and develop recipes; standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality; establish presentation technique and quality standards; plan and price menus; ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance; and ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen. The Executive Chef will oversee special catering events and will also offer operational support and culinary instruction for staff members. The Inn at Holiday Valley is looking to fill a Housekeeping Supervisor position and a Maintenance Supervisor opening. The starting pay for both opportunities is $17/hour.
School Age Child Care Program Assistant (Part Time): Seeking immediate school age child care staff to fill an Assistant position for our School Age Child Care Program.
Our School Age program follows the Ellicottville Central School district calendar. Staff would be scheduled Monday through Friday, from 3:00pm to 5:30pm. Staff would be required to work additional hours when there is a scheduled half day of school or full day shift when school is closed due to inclement weather or school is not in session. Hours could be scheduled up to 20 hours per week. Pay is $15/hour .
Customer Service Representatives: Assist our guests in obtaining passes, handle any guest’s concern and answer phones. Weekends and holidays are required. Compensation begins at $15.25/hour.
