Rentals, Repairs & Lockers
Great Equipment + Convenient Location
Easy, convenient slopeside rentals! Our Rental Shop and High Performance Center is located on the lower level of the Holiday Valley Lodge.
- Standard ski rentals are Elan and Volkl skis with Dalbello boots.
- Standard snowboard rentals are Burton boards and boots.
- Rental equipment is replaced on a rotating basis every 3 years and is maintained at our tuning center.
Rental hours coincide with 4 and 8 hour tickets. You may exchange rentals skis for a snowboard or vice versa for $5 during your rental period. Jr. rentals are for children ages 11 and under. Shops open 1/2 hour before lifts. Photo ID & credit card required for all rentals. Night rentals are available starting at 3:00PM.
High Performance Shop
The High Performance Shop carries a selection of all-mountain, freeriding, women's, mogul and race shaped skis including Atomic, Elan, Rossignol, Head, Salomon and Blizzard.
The High Performance Shop also is the site of our Tuning and Repair Shop. We can perform binding, boot and ski or snowboard repairs, often on the spot. Leave your skis or board overnight for a fresh tuneup for the morning! (If the repair or tuneup is major, we might need to keep your equipment a bit longer) Helmets, ski poles and tuning accessories are on sale in the High Performance Shop. You can rent helmets in both the Rental Shop and the High Performance Shop.
Lockers
Lockers are located in the Rental Shop. Once you rent a locker it is your for the entire day. Credit card required. 3 sizes are available for $7, $10 and $12 during the day, or $5, $8 or $10 after 3:00 PM.
Beginner's Tip: If you're a first time skier or snowboarder, we recommend that you purchase a Learn to Ski or Learn to Snowboard Package. The package includes rental equipment, a beginner lesson and a lift ticket to our beginner's area (School Haus). Daytime packages can be purchased at the Creekside Lodge, located next to the Holiday Valley Lodge and nighttime packages can be purchased at the Rental Shop in the Main Lodge. Advanced Purchase Rental Rates
Pay for rental equipment online two weeks in advance for best rates. Rentals are also available for day-of purchase at the rental shop.
Multiday rentals are valid until 4:30PM on the final day. If you would like to extend your rental until the slopes close on your final day, it will be an additional $8 for Juniors and $11 for Adults.

Helmets provide significant protection, but they cannot provide total protection from all forseeable impacts. Please use care and good judgement whenever you ski or snowboard. By following Your Responsibility Code posted around the resort, you will reduce your risk of all types of injuries.
