Holiday Valley Lodge
New for the winter of 2012-13 is the Holiday Valley Lodge with the Mountainside Grill, featuring a stone hearth pizza oven, deli sandwiches, grilled burgers, hearty soups and salads.The T-Bar on the upper floor also serves pub style food.
For bagels, cinnamon rolls, fresh breads, deli sandwiches, fresh salads, Starbucks espresso and brewed coffee and more, visit McCarty Cafe on the lower level of the Holiday Valley Lodge.
Marketplace in the Yodeler Lodge
During the ski season try a variety of fare at the Marketplace in the Yodeler Lodge featuring soups and chowders, deli bar, salad bar, specialty grilled items and brick oven baked pizzas.
Tannenbaum's Seven Headwalls Cafe features a salad bar, specialty grilled items, and hearty soups and chili. The Loft at Tannenbaum serves Starbucks espresso, brewed coffee wine and beer. Full service cafeterias are located in all three base lodges.

Holiday Valley is the place to be for summer fun! John Harvard's Brew House is open for lunch and dinner. Don't miss the cozy poolside patio with a view of the pools and the golf course.
McCarty Cafe serves bagels, pastries and breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches and fresh salads plus Starbucks Espresso and brewed coffee. The pool-side Cabana Bar is the liveliest place in town with all of your favorite beverages and frozen summer drinks...complete with umbrellas!
