Tamarack Club Awarded RCI Gold Crown

December 28, 2022

RCI is a global travel network organization with over 40 years of helping to shape the vacation exchange industry.

This is the fourteenth year in a row that that Tamarack Club has received this prestigious recognition; showcasing its continued commitment to maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

“For myself and the staff, it’s the culmination of a year of hard work,” said Rich Sandler, General Manager of the Tamarack Club. “We all go above and beyond when it comes to room preparation and guest engagement. RCI’s standards are rather stringent and there is almost no room for error. So, we need to hit a home run every time we have a guest exchange in. I’m extremely proud of my team and their ability to rise to the occasion whenever it’s needed.”

The Tamarack Club opened in December of 2009, giving Holiday Valley guests a new level of ski-in/ski-out accommodations and amenities. Along with the additional lodging, it also saw the opening of a spa and John Harvard’s Brew House, which added a component to the Holiday Valley experience that many guests had been looking for.

After its first year of operations, RCI awarded the Tamarack Club with its first gold crown and it has gone on to win one every year since.
