Longtime Team Members Elevated to Key Executive and Board Roles

Ellicottville, NY, February 15, 2026 - Holiday Valley Resort today announced three significant leadership promotions, recognizing the experience, dedication, and long-term commitment of team members who have played instrumental roles in the resort’s continued growth and success.

Bonnie Koschir Appointed Chair of Win-Sum Ski Corp Board of Directors

Bonnie Koschir has been appointed Chair of the Win-Sum Ski Corp Board of Directors. Koschir began her career at Holiday Valley in 1991 and has contributed to the resort’s development for more than three decades. She served as Vice President of Operations from 2005 through 2020, was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2019, and has served as Secretary of Win-Sum Ski Corp from 2014 through 2026.
Her extensive institutional knowledge and steady leadership position her well to guide the Board into the future.

Koschir succeeds John Northrup, who served on Holiday Valley’s Board of Directors for 48 years and as Chair from 2019 until his passing on December 5, 2025. His longstanding commitment to the resort and the Ellicottville community leaves a lasting legacy.

Niki Klein Promoted to Vice President of Resort Services

Niki Klein has been promoted to Vice President of Resort Services. Klein joined Holiday Valley’s Sales Department in 2011 and was promoted to Director of Resort Services in 2019.

In her expanded role, Klein oversees a broad portfolio of operations, including Sales and Marketing, Rentals, Retail, Facilities, Lodging, and summer attractions such as the Sky High Aerial Adventure Park. Her collaborative leadership style and focus on delivering a high-quality guest experience continue to strengthen the resort’s year-round offerings.

Kate Rauber Promoted to Vice President of Skier Services and Appointed Secretary of Win-Sum Ski Corp

Kate Rauber has been promoted to Vice President of Skier Services and appointed Secretary of Win-Sum Ski Corp. Rauber joined Holiday Valley in 2018 as Health and Safety Manager and was promoted to Director of Skier Services in 2019.

Her responsibilities include oversight of Ski Patrol, Guest Services, Snowsports, Food and Beverage, Lodging, and Special Projects. Rauber is widely recognized for her thoughtful leadership approach and strong emphasis on both guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Holiday Valley President and General Manager Dennis Eshbaugh praised the appointments, noting their significance for the organization’s future.
