Tamarack Club fractional ownership is tailored to people who would like property in Ellicottville but don't want the challenges or committment of full ownership. Fifth share ownership means that each owner can use their property every five weeks for a total of 10 or 11 weeks per year on a five year rotation. An owner's weeks can be used personally (yourself, friends or family), can be rented to Holiday Valley visitors or can be exchanged through RCI. When your unit is rented you will receive 55% of the income. You have the option of joining RCI, a vacation exchange company, where you can exchange your weeks to visit resorts all over the world.
In addition, Tamarack owners get year 'round use of a locker for ski, snowboard or golf club storage, use of the owners' lounge, the pool and hot tubs, the fitness center and valet parking.
The Tamarack Club is located at the base of the ski slopes, just a short walk to the Holiday Valley Lodge, Mardi Gras or Cindy's chairlifts and Holiday Valley's Double Black Diamond Golf Course. The Ellicottville Oasis Spa and Edna's at the Tamarack Club are located within the building.
Unit layouts include studio, one bedroom, one bedroom lockout, two bedroom lockout and three bedrooms condominiums. The lockouts are an attached "deluxe hotel room" that can be rented separately from the main units. The main units all have kitchens, fireplaces and a patio or balcony.
