Make your stay at Holiday Valley feel like home. Holiday Valley represents the area’s largest selection of rental properties including condominiums and townhouses right on the slopes and around the resort, as well as village homes and chalets. Accommodations have close and convenient access to Holiday Valley and the charming Village of Ellicottville. All our rentals include a fully furnished home and a well-stocked kitchen with a complete inventory of cookware, dishes and utensils.
During Ski Season and busy Holiday Weekends, rentals may have 2 or 3 night minimums. We do not offer any units that rent to more than 14 people and most condos and townhomes have a maximum occupancy of 10 guests, regardless of age. Larger groups might need to rent more than one unit. Adjust the total number of guests to see available units.
Many units do NOT offer Air Conditioning. You can filter your search to only show units with this amenity. It is also listed in the amenity tab for each respective unit.
Check-in is any time after 3PM
Check out is any time prior to 11AM.
Late Arrival keys will be brought to the Inn at Holiday Valley for pick up.
When lodging with Holiday Valley Rental Management you receive special discounts on Lift Tickets, Sky Flyer Coaster and Sky High Adventure Park. During Summer Months Holiday Valley Rental Management Guests receive discounted admission to The Resort Pool Complex at Holiday Valley. Advance Reservations at the pool are recommended and should be booked online with our special discount code.
