The Third Annual Uppenovr is an uphill/downhill race (or not a race) that starts at Holiday Valley, goes up, over and down HoliMont, back up HoliMont over and back down to Holiday Valley. It’s a fundraiser for Roswell Park Cancer Hospital and Team Holiday Valley’s Empire State Ride. Use any equipment that attaches to your feet, like touring skis, cross country skis or snowshoes. Or just come for the party on the Champagne Sundeck for live music, raffles, hot dogs, beer and an amazing auction featuring one-of-kind items. Good times for all and all for a good cause!

Silent Auction Items

• A plane ride with Paul Carmichael in his hand built 1940 Waco “Red Baron” biplane.

• Wine Tasting Adventure for 12. Get a ride up to Cindy’s Warming Hut in  the vintage Tucker Snowcat “Popemobile”, wine tasting, hors d’oeuvres, a mountain top snowshoe tour and s’mores.

• Holiday Valley summer Pool Party. Invite 20 friends for an after hours pool party with floating drinks and a barbeque on the Cabana Bar deck.

• A 1 hour Groomer Ride for 1 adult (plus optional small child) in a Pisten Bully 600 grooming cat equipped with Lidar.  

• Make Snow for a night with the HV Snowmaking Crew. Winner must be at least 18 years old and ready for a cold night! 

• A 2 hour Garden Makeover with the Ellicottville Alley Katz. Includes a pre-makeover discussion and prep.

• Holiday Valley Tubing Party on a Thursday evening with “Starry Starry Lights”, pizza and beer, for up to 20 guests.

• There will also be a basket raffle with items from our generous local merchants.
