One of the biggest annual events in Ellicottville, Fall Festival is the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful landscape that Ellicottville has to offer while also having a great time with family and friends. • Dogs, backpacks and coolers are not allowed on the chairlift.
    • If you have your dog with you, you must hike with it to the top of Mardi Gras. Please keep your dog on a leash.
  • If you plan to ride the chairlift, purchase your lift ticket in advance! This will save you a lot of time and effort the day of your visit.
    • Chairlift rides are also available on the Spruce Lake Quad.
  • Once you make your purchase, you can pick up your lift ticket at one of our PUB machines, located outside of the Customer Service Building, on the bottom floor of the Resort Center, at Sky High Adventure Park, at The Inn and within The Tamarack Club.
  • After purchasing your lift tickets online, take a screenshot of the code that you need to scan at the PUB machine (just in case you aren't able to get good cell reception once you arrive in town).
  • Dress appropriately. You never know what October weather will bring so hope for the best but come prepared for anything.
  • Have proper footwear. You might just end up hiking up (or down) a ski slope. The right shoes make all the difference.
  • This year, music and food/drinks will be back at the top of Mardi Gras.
  • Food/drinks at the top of Mardi Gras will be cash only purchases. There will be an ATM at the top of Mardi Gras for your convenience.
  • The Mardi Gras lift runs from 12-4PM.
  • Children age 6 and under are free to ride the lift.
