Meeting Rooms

The Holiday Valley Lodge, adjacent to the Tamarack Club and a short walk from The Inn at Holiday Valley, has a wide mix of large and small meeting  and reception rooms with flexible configurations, as well as three bars. Rooms range from a private board room to the spacious second floor which can seat up to 500 people. Views of the golf course and ski slopes are inspiring and refreshing. Meeting rooms in the Lodge are available during the winter season. The base area complex also includes the Creekside Lodge, McCarty Cafe, the Golf Shop, the Day Care Center and the Pools and Cabana Bar.

The Creekside Lodge is adjacent to the Holiday Valley Lodge and the Tamarack Club and is within walking distance of The Inn at Holiday Valley. Creekside features a great view of the golf course, a stone fireplace and an exterior deck that sits above a rushing stream. There is banquet seating for up to 340 people on two levels.

The Yodeler Lodge is a spectacular building with massive wooden beams, a soaring ceiling and a 2-sided stone fireplace. The open floor plan of the main level creates an ideal large group meeting space for spring, summer or fall events. The graceful center stairway leads to a mezzanine level with a third fireplace. Two smaller meeting rooms are located on the ground level. The large two-tiered deck/patio can be tented for unique meal service or an outdoor event. The Champagne Sundeck is adjacent to the Yodeler Lodge and is available for outdoor functions. A roof covers 784 square feet and the complete deck is 500 sq. ft.

The secluded Tannenbaum Lodge can seat up to 340 people banquet style on two floors for spring, summer or fall functions. Tannenbaum is the perfect location for a reception with its 2 inviting fireplaces, dramatic cathedral ceilings, a large deck and woodland setting. Tannenbaum is handicapped accessible and has plenty of parking. Sky High Adventure Park, adjacent to the Tannenbaum Lodge operates during the spring, summer and fall and the Mountain Coaster operates when the Adventure Park is open as well as during the winter season.

The Inn at Holiday Valley, located at the entrance to the Resort, offers comfortable lodging, on-site meeting rooms, a bar and several informal meeting areas. The 1200 square foot meeting room can be divided into 3 smaller spaces and is available for spring, summer of fall meetings. There are 102 spacious guest rooms and free parking. 

The  Tamarack Club is a condo/hotel right in the heart of the main base area of Holiday Valley with lodging, John Harvard's Brew House, Ellicottville Oasis Spa, an indoor/outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs, along with 2 meeting rooms that can be combined into one.
