Great news for our skiers and riders! Online lift ticket reloads are officially live, making it faster and easier to get back on the slopes you love. We know that you've been waiting for this update and we truly appreciate your patience while our team worked to get everything just right.
If you’ve purchased lift tickets during the 2025/26 season, there’s a good chance you’re eligible to reload online and skip the ticket window on your next visit.
Who Can Reload Online?
You can reload your lift ticket if any of the following apply to you:
- Your web order was redeemed at a skiosk after 01/25/2026
- Your web order has not yet been redeemed (Once you’ve picked up your pass, it will be reloadable)
- Your lift ticket was purchased at a ticket window during the 2025/26 season
- You reloaded a lift ticket at a ticket window during the 2025/26 season
How It Works
Reloads will work the same as they have in the past, visit our web store -> select the reload button -> enter number -> Choose ticket and date -> pay for your order and then have a great time out on the slopes.
