Beer and Wine Festival
The Holiday Valley Beer and Wine Festival is legendary for great beers, wines and good times. This year's 14th annual event on November 11, 2017 from 3:30 to 7:30PM features over 30 craft brewers with over 100 beers and wines from New York State and the region, plus entertainment on 3 floors of the beautiful Holiday Valley Lodge. Tickets are $60 now through the day of the event. Festival tickets are on sale here and at Wegmans stores. You must be 21 to purchase a ticket and also to attend the festival. Each ticket includes a $5 food voucher for the Brew Festival food court. Designated drivers pay just $10 which includes a $5 food voucher.

Festival Entertainment and Food
All 3 floors of the Holiday Valley Lodge will be hopping with great music. The second floor features "Buffalo's Greatest Party Band", Hit N Run. The Tim Britt Band will keep things lively on the main floor and Michael Nugent's dreamy voice sets the mood in the Wine Cellar on the ground floor.
Each ticket includes a $5 voucher redeemable for food in the cafeteria. The menu included German favorites like sausage and pretzels, plus dogs, burgers, fries and poutine. EVL Cheese store supplied cheese in the wine cellar, along with smoked meats from Dom's Butcher Block of Ellicottville. It will be tough to resist the wonderful aroma of the Bavarian Nut Company! Gary Liota from Santiago Cigars was hand rolling cigars on the second floor deck.
Beer Dinner 2017
Friday night's Beer and Wine Dinner is themed "Beer on the Bayou" and it starts at 6PM on November 10. This event will feature several dishes prepared with and pairing with unique and special brews and whiskey. The Beer Dinner's special theme and entertainment has been the talk of the town every year, don't miss out!
Welcome to the steamy, mysterious bayous of Louisiana. You'll start your evening with the Ragin' Cajun cocktail hour...a Sazerac, compliments of Southern Tier Distilling. Music and song, provided by Michael Nugent will be a mixture of jazz, Cajun and Southern rhythms. Mama Juju will entrance you with her dark magic and shadowy powers, then she'll whisk you upstairs to enjoy Beer on the Bayou and Cajun cooking featuring Voodoo Brewery. Be sure to dress the part, prizes will be awarded!
Here's a preview of just a few of the very special menu items...Spicy Alligator Bites, Shrimp and Grits, Creole braised Short Ribs, Crawfish etouffe, Jambalaya Gumbo and Beer Pralines. Is your mouth watering yet? Tickets are $69 per person.

Beer and Wine Festival Lodging Packages

The Inn at Holiday Valley is a cozy hotel layout with an indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Inn is a short walk (one fairway length) to/from the Beer and Wine Festival venue. Continental breakfast is included in your stay.

The Tamarack Club is adjacent to the Beer Festival venue. Indoor/outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs, Ellicottville Oasis Spa on site. Packages are based on double occupancy, but larger sized units are available and additional tickets may be purchased.
