Holiday Valley’s Fractional Ownership Condominium Development

The Tamarack Club is Holiday Valley's largest single project in their 50 year history. Tamarack Club sales launched on December 1, 2007 and the construction phase took place from April of 2008 to December of 2009. Owners and rental guests have been enjoying this fantastic slope-side and course-side property ever since.

Besides the ideal location and four star amenities, the aspect of Fractional Ownership makes Tamarack a very attractive property. Purchasers may select one-fifth share fractional ownership, meaning they will be able to use their unit once every five weeks. Whole unit ownership is also an option.

Tamarack Club Owners have three different ways to use their scheduled weeks. They have the options to use their unit, rent their unit, or they can exchange weeks with RCI International Exchange Company and stay at any of their 4,600 plus resorts all over the world. Owners also have access to the facility year round, and can pick up additional vacation nights by using the “Space Available Program.”

Tamarack owners may join RCI international exchange. The Tamarack Club slopeside condominium units range from 465 sq ft studios to 1,800 sq ft Executive Suites. The majority of the inventory are one and two bedroom “lockout” configurations. The interiors are professionally designed and fully furnished with full kitchens fitted with high end finishes. Prices on fractionals start in the mid $60’s and are truly cost effective…especially for those families that would only rent 7-10 nights per year in the Ellicottville region. The many amenities and benefits offer a unique vacation experience for those who don’t have the time to maintain a conventional vacation home.
