We're hosting our second annual B4BC board-a-thon on February 13th, 2010. Activities in the name of breast cancer awareness will include: Special riding clinic for women, a park contest open to all, Burton and local shop demos, a cancer awareness outreach booth and awards reception party. Proceeds from Holiday Valley’s B4BC event will go to the Buffalo area's Women’s Oncology Program at Camp Good Days and Boarding for Breast Cancer Awareness Programs.

• Registration 10 AM to noon at the Hearth Alcove (west end of Clubhouse Chalet) $40 for clinic and/or Park Event. Specially priced lift ticket for clinic or event participants $25.
• Park and Freeride Clinics for Women at noon
• Best Trick Park Contest in 42/78 at 2:00 PM
• Reception at 4:00 PM in Founders Lounge. Everyone is welcome to stop in and learn about breast cancer awareness and keeping healthy! Raffles, music and games!
• Awards at 5:00 PM in Founders Lounge 

Here's how you can help...

Whether you're a snowboarder or skier (or just a really nice person) we welcome everyone to become a fundraiser for the cause. Go to http://www.active.com/donate/b4bc_HolidayValley10 and click on "Become A Fundraiser" at the top of the page, then follow the steps to custom create your own campaign. You'll be able to send a link to all of your friends and relatives and they can donate to your page with a click of the mouse. The top 3 fundraisers will win special a B4BC prizes. You don't have to participate in the clinic or park event to be a fundraiser.

The 'Pink Lift Ticket Option’ When you purchase a lift ticket from Feb 6-13, you can donate a dollar to the cause and receive a pink ribbon sticker for your ticket or season pass.

The Pink Flamingoes will be invading Holiday Valley again for the B4BC event...you can purchase a flamingo for $20 at Customer Service to place at your favorite lift. The lift with the most flamingoes will win a pizza party for the lift attendants.

Pink Ribbon Wish Bracelets will be available for $2 in Customer Service.

Visit Nicki or Vicki at the Clubhouse or John Harvard's Bars on Feb. 13 and enter the Raffle for gift baskets and jewelry. Proceeds will go to B4BC.
