For those who prefer the comfort and convenience of home, Holiday Valley Rental Properties provides one, two and three bedroom fully furnished condominiums, townhouses and country homes on the slopes and in the Ellicottville area. Complimentary shuttle service is available to the Main Chalet from most townhouses and condominiums. Rates include tax and tariff.

The Holiday Valley Rental Properties office is located on Route 219 and Trillium Way at the Wildflower Condominiums, ¼ mile towards the Village from the Holiday Valley entrance.

Early Winter or Spring Value Season Rates
Available before December 24, 2011 and after March 18, 2012. Includes lodging only. We guarantee three lifts operating or you can cancel without penalty. Specially priced all-day/all-night lift tickets are available when purchased at Rental Management office. Please note that night skiing ends on Saturday, March 17, 2012. From March 18 through March 24 we offer twilight skiing until 7 PM on two lifts.

Weekday Lift and Lodging Package
Available non-holiday weekdays from January 1 to March 15, 2012. With one adult lift ticket purchased, up to 2 kids age 17 and under ski free per unit. Pricing is based on minimum occupancy requirements. Package not available February 20, 2012. Call for additional January and March specials when booking before October 1.

Mid-Season Weekend & Holiday Rates 

Two night minimum stay required on most weekends, three night minimum stay between December 26 to January 1, 2012; three night minimum stays February 17-19, 2012. Pricing includes lodging only. Special weekday and weekend lift ticket pricing available starting January 1st for our lodging guests when purchased at check in at Holiday Valley Rental Management office.

Weekend Lift Tickets
Holiday Valley lodging guests can purchase specially priced weekend lift tickets, valid Friday night to Sunday afternoon only. Tickets must be purchased at the Rental Management Office. Tickets available starting January 6, 2012.
