Cirque de Bier, the Friday Night Brew Masters Dinner

Ladies and Gentlemen, children of all ages...Join us for the 9th Annual Beer & Food Pairing Event on Friday Nov 7th .The evening will be a gastronomical exploration of unbelievable flavor combinations featuring nationally recognized craft beers and classic seasonally focused locally sourced cuisine. The event is an intimate Brew Master meet & greet, with a most unusual MC who will inform and entertain throughout the evening. Brewers will be on hand to discuss each beer with you and explain the pairing decisions. Our chefs will create locally sourced culinary creations and most of the dishes will  incorporate beer as primary ingredient. A most unusual Photo Booth is provided by Ready Image Photography.

The Brew Masters Dinner will be held at the Holiday Valley Lodge (new location) with hors d’oeuvres beginning at 6:00 PM. Rare and unique beers from the vaults will be served and with the traditional tapping of the "kolsch" (keg) by the god of beer, the food stations will open at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $65 per person and admission is limited. Join us for a night of good people, good beer, and good food.

Appetizer and Sautee Station: Wild game sausages finished with blueberries, apples and pears, assorted local cheeses and loaves, Welsh rarebit, pretzels and mustard.

Action Station: Roasted Pork Belly, fingerling potatoes

Carvery Station: Braised Steamship of Venison, Yorkshire pudding

Soup Bain: Autumn chowder, seafood chowder, breads and biscuits

Comfort Foods Station  Potato pancakes, perogies with apples, bratwurst and cabbage

Seafood Station: Fried oysters, steamed mussels, gravlax, pickled herring

Dessert Station: Strawberries with stout and champagne, chocolate fountain, ice cream and beer floats.
