The 9th annual Brew Masters Dinner will be held at the Holiday Valley Lodge (new location) with hors d’oeuvres beginning at 6:00 PM. Rare and unique beers from the vaults will be served and with the traditional tapping of the "kolsch" (keg), the food stations will open at 7:00 PM. Brewers will be on hand to discuss each beer with you and explain the pairing decisions. Our chefs will create locally sourced culinary creations and most of the dishes will incorporate beer as primary ingredient. Tickets are $65 per person and admission is limited. Join us for a night of good people, good beer, and good food.
