Meeting Room Facilities

Holiday Valley's fine facilities are not only versatile, they are spectacularly beautiful. The square footage of the meeting space and the numerous set-up options give your group unlimited possibilities for unique and productive meetings.

Meeting room options include the spectacular Yodeler Lodge, the spacious Holiday Valley Lodge, the beautiful Creekside Lodge, or the secluded Tannenbaum Lodge. Both the Inn at Holiday Valley and The Tamarack Lodge offer meeting spaces within the lodging property. If your group is looking for something out of the ordinary, we have several outdoor areas that can be tented or adapted to your needs. Year 'round meeting space is available in the Holiday Valley Lodge and the Tamarack Club.

Holiday Valley Lodge

The new Holiday Valley Lodge, adjacent to the Tamarack Club and a short walk from the Inn at Holiday Valley, has a wide mix of large and small meeting  and reception rooms with flexible configurations, as well as three bars. Rooms range from a private board room to the spacious second floor which can seat up to 500 people. Views of the golf course and ski slopes are inspiring and refreshing. Meeting rooms in the Lodge are available during the winter season. The base area complex also includes the Creekside Lodge, McCarty Cafe, the Golf Shop, the Day Care Center and the Pools and Cabana Bar.

Creekside Lodge

The Creekside Lodge is adjacent to the Holiday Valley Lodge and the Tamarack Club and is within walking distance of the Inn at Holiday Valley. Creekside features a great view of the golf course, a stone fireplace and an exterior deck that sits above a rushing stream. There is banquet seating for up to 444 people on two levels.

Yodeler Lodge

The Yodeler Lodge is a spectacular building with massive wooden beams, a soaring ceiling and a 2-sided stone fireplace. The open floor plan of the main level creates an ideal large group meeting space for spring, summer or fall events. The graceful center stairway leads to a mezzanine level with a third fireplace. Two smaller meeting rooms are located on the ground level. The large two-tiered deck/patio can be tented for unique meal service or an outdoor event. The Champagne Sundeck is adjacent to the Yodeler Lodge and is available for outdoor functions. A roof covers 784 square feet and the complete deck is 500 sq. ft.

Tannenbaum Lodge

The secluded Tannenbaum Lodge can seat up to 560 people banquet style on two floors for spring, summer or fall functions. Tannenbaum is the perfect location for a reception with its 2 inviting fireplaces, dramatic cathedral ceilings, a large deck and woodland setting. Tannenbaum is handicapped accessible and has plenty of parking. Sky High Adventure Park, adjacent to the Tannenbaum Lodge operates during the spring, summer and fall and the Mountain Coaster operates when the Adventure Park is open as well as during the winter season.
