2009-2010 Winter Lodging Packages and Rates

 There's nothing like spending the day on the slopes, then skiing home to your cozy room to warm up, spend the night and doing it all again tomorrow! We offer several unique packages, both weekday and weekend that will make your vacation at Holiday Valley memorable. Package reservations must be made by phone, please call us at 716-699-2345 or 1-800-323-0020.

Our mid-week and weekend packages include*:

• Overnight accommodations
• Lift tickets for 2 adults for skiing from 4 PM on the arrival day through 4:30 PM on the departure day
• Midweek non-holiday up to 2 children may STAY AND SKI FREE when sharing their parents room
• Use of indoor/outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna and fitness room
• Continental breakfast
• If there are more than two adults in the room the rate will increase by $20.00 per person per night plus any lift tickets needed
• Special 3-night Holiday Packages Available Martin Luther King Weekend (Jan. 15-17) and Presidents Weekend (Feb. 12-14) and Presidents Week (Feb 15-18)
• Prices quoted are per person, per night based on double occupancy for a 2 night stay and include tax.
• Packages available starting January 1, 2010
• Midweek package rates will increase Jan. 31- March 20.
• Spring rates start March 21. 
• Night skiing ends on Saturday, March 20, 2010 and twilight skiing ends March 27, 2010. Day skiing though April 4, 2010.

Couples Ski Package

This quick refresher includes an apres ski wine and cheese basket delivered to your room and a Founders Restaurant voucher ($50 maximum value).

Winter Snuggle 'n Snooze Getaway

Hibernation...what a lovely thought! Everyone deserves at least a day or two with no schedule, no responsibilities! The Snuggle and Snooze Package at the Inn at Holiday Valley includes a wine and cheese basket at check-in, a $50 restaurant voucher, continental breakfast and use of the Inn's hot tub, heated pool and sauna . (Does not include lift tickets)

Available midweek only, rates start at $107.25 pp/pn double occupancy.

Learn to Ski or Snowboard & Lodging Package

What better way to get started in the great sport of skiing or snowboarding than to treat yourself to an overnight at the Inn and a lesson with our award winning beginner's ski/snowboard school! The package is available non-holiday weekdays, starting at $297 per night for two people. The package includes a midweek night at the slope side Inn at Holiday Valley, a morning or afternoon beginner's lesson, rental equipment and beginner's area lift ticket for each person. Lessons are for age 12 and older. Children's lessons are also available.

The 1-2-3 Go! Lodging Package is a 2-night, 3 day beginner's package and starts at $684 for two people. This package includes 2 midweek nights at the Inn and 3 sessions of ski or snowboard lessons and rental equipment per person. Your first day includes a beginner are lift ticket and your second and third days include all area lift tickets. Lessons are for age 12 and older. Children's lessons are also available.

The Learn to Ski Better Lodging Package is a one night package available non-holiday weekdays, starting at $347 per night for two people. The package includes a midweek night at the slope side Inn at Holiday Valley, a morning or afternoon  lesson, rental equipment and all area lift ticket for each person. Lessons are for age 12 and older. Children's lessons are also available.

Deposit and Refund Policy for All Packages

A deposit of 50% is required for stays of two nights or more. Single night reservations will require one nights lodging as a deposit. This deposit is refundable less a $20.00 processing fee if the reservation is cancelled with more than 14 days notice. If a reservation is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, deposits may be subject to forfeit.

Holiday Valley has a three lift guarantee. If we have fewer than 3 lifts operating on the scheduled arrival day you may cancel with no penalty. During Early and Spring Ski Seasons, we are unable to guarantee night skiing, however it is very likely to be available until March 20, 2010 with twilight skiing through March 27, 2010.

Summer/Fall 2009 Inn Packages

Fall in Cattaraugus County MUST include a visit to Pumpkinville! The Great Pumpkin Package at the Inn at Holiday Valley includes accommodations at the Inn, use of the heated indoor-outdoor year 'round pool and hot tub, continental breakfast daily, coupons for each child's choice of a Pony Ride, Corn Maze or Cow Train, plus a coupon for a half dozen pumpkin donuts and half gallon of cider for each family. Package starts at $149 including tax for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, available Oct. 11 through Oct. 31, 2009.

Do you like to be scared? REALLY scared? You'll appreciate the cozy comfort of the Inn after your Haunted Hayride! The Fright Night Weekend Package includes accommodations at the Inn, use of the heated indoor-outdoor year 'round pool and hot tub, continental breakfast daily, and tickets for Nightmare Hayrides on Sommerville Street...not recommended for small children! Package starts at $81 per person, double adult occupancy, from October 11 to October 31, 2009.

Beer & Wine Festival Package

Make it a weekend vacation with a stay at the Inn while enjoying Holiday Valley's annual Beer and Wine Festival on November 14 and Beer Tasting Dinner on November 13.

Two Night Package with Friday Beer Tasting Dinner $221 per person including tax. Includes Friday and Saturday night lodging, Friday Night Beer Tasting Dinner for two, and admission for two to the Beer & Wine Festival  

One Night Package $105 per person including tax. Includes Saturday night lodging and admission for two to the Beer and Wine Festival.                                                   

Two Night Lodging Package $162 per person including tax. Includes Friday and Saturday night lodging and admission for two to the Beer & Wine Festival.
